Buy Xbox

But before I threw in the towels, I decided to utilize the customer service skills I had learned from selling on eBay to try to get rid of the negative rating.  The source of the negative rating was that the item (an xBox controller) had a piece of plastic broken and that it came without a manual.  I immediately emailed the customer, apologizing for this, and offered him either a full refund upon return of the item, or a partial refund for the inconvenience (he had to glue back the broken piece).  I then kindly asked him if he would consider removing the negative feedback.  Before I go further with this hub, I just want to also address another issue; if you plan on selling long term on either eBay or Amazon, you probably genuinely enjoying selling as I do, and you probably genuinely care about your customers and providing great customer service.  Regardless of the feedback I received, I wanted this customer to be happy; I wanted to make sure that I can deliver what I promised and I wanted his feedback to reflect that service.  In my email to this customer, I first offered to resolve the situation, and then I asked him to remove the feedback only if he felt that I had fully resolved the issue and only if he felt that the negative feedback rating no longer applied to the service I provided him.

The Columbus Dispatch  newspaper is known for featuring local business owners in its weekly and Sunday papers every week and this helps Saturday shopping. This is an extension of the old Saturday Markets of the 1800s and 1900s that are commemorated by our North Market in the Nationwide Arena District. It is a reminder of the days when farmers and fishermen came to town from a 50-mile radius or farther to sell their goods. Small Business Saturday adds to the tradition and keeps it alive all through Christmas and New Year's.  Small Business SaturdayShop small on Small Business Saturday and help local businesses, while supporting the people who work there and the community.

While customers can't turn their negative feedback into a positive feedback, they can remove it.  If you receive a negative comment, do not automatically reply with a spur of the moment defensive comment.  Work with your customers, communicate, apologize for whatever they were dissatisfied with, and suggest to resolve the matter in a way that is fair to both parties.  However, sometimes there is nothing you can do if you've run into an unresponsive customer; you will have to accept the feedback, write a professional reply for future buyers to see, and continue to work hard on your business.

The new system corrects some of the complaints that current Xbox owners voiced.  The console comes packed with a 250GB hard drive, built-in WiFi (up to 802.11n), five USB ports, and a dedicated Microsoft Kinect port. The WiFi is an interesting addon, in that it not only provides additional functionality to the at-home gamer, but the traveling gamer can access the WiFi of a hotel or friends house with no issue.  Addtionally, the fewer the wires the faster teardown and setup are.

In Columbus, Ohio the Saturday event is reinforced by local activities like the Saturday Gallery Hop in the Short North, shopping events in German Village - especially at the Village Book Store with 32 rooms - and all over the city. Farmer's markets move indoors for the winter, with delivious offerings like homemade jams and jellies made from local crops, Amish breads, candles, dried herbs, pottery, wreathes made form natural components, and all sorts of gift creations from local crafters and artisans.

Xbox Live download

If for some reason you don't have access to an Xbox 360 but you want to view your Xbox Live download history, you can do so using the Windows Live website. This site is useful because it allows you to view the complete transaction history for that Live account (including transactions conducted online without using an Xbox 360) and to see which purchases were made by credit card and which were done with Microsoft Points. It also shows your current Microsoft Point balance.

Although Microsoft has stated that they were removing many of the restrictions originally announced for the Xbox One, I felt that we should look at what was the real cause of their downfall. I believe it was a larger issue than policies they planned on enforcing with the release of the Xbox One. During the announcement of the Xbox One fans were met with some frightening changes, big changes and because of how much change was introduced all at once, I think that is what resulted in the often negative response to the new console. These doubts were made worse with Microsoft’s failure to communicate what these changes will mean for certain aspects of our gaming experience. Always on, DRM (Digital Rights Management), 24 hour check in, the Kinect requirement, no more used games and a strong emphasis on television are just some of the issues that gave gamers doubt about the future of Xbox. In doing research on these topics I found many articles surrounding the topic of Xbox One dislikes, but I will limit this to the main five that I see mentioned the most.

Down the road, making the Ps2 in 2000 along with the competition of the first Xbox, Nintendo, and along with Sega, Sony was in the making. It seems to me that Sony is kicking Microsoft's butt in making and releasing consoles. Sony has the original PlayStation, PS one, PlayStation 2, PSP, Ps3 and now the Ps4 which will be coming out in November this year! Holy Cow! Sure the Xbox has come a long way too but Microsoft hasn't made as many consoles. What they haven't made in consoles they made in extras for their consoles like Xbox Live Gold. With just three consoles out ( original Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 S) Microsoft did really well keeping up. Now with the new Xbox One just around the corner, what will happen? What kind of extras will Microsoft and Sony come out with? I hope you all are ready for some cool gadgets coming out in the near feature for these new consoles.
This issue from what I have read, seen, and heard was one of Microsoft’s greatest downfalls. Finding the initial rumor or source of all these “functionalities” can be hard to find. On one hand it was stated that you had to check in every 24 hours and have internet on at all times, then some articles read that it was going to work exactly the same as the Xbox 360 and finally as seen here (http://www.polygon.com/2013/5/21/4353538/xbox-one-perform-recurring-online-checks-even-for-offline-play) Microsoft said in this interview that these were just “potential scenarios”. Microsoft threw around so many different responses for several different interviews that fans became confused and once again thrown further into doubt. The region lock was another cause for concern and another source of confusion. One interview gave the impression that the Xbox One console would flat out not be sold in specific regions but then as seen here (http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2013/05/27/the-five-biggest-problems-with-the-xbox-one/) it was restated that it just means certain regions won’t have access to every game released. But it seems that there could be a lot more going on behind this decision than it just being made randomly.
